01 —Build Your Quote

Start with choosing the inventory you are interested in renting for your event using our online Wishlist! This is also the perfect stage to book an appointment to see our inventory in person or have our Tent Specialists provide a site check.

02 — Confirming Your Quote

Once you have dialed in the inventory, and quantities you wish to rent, you will convert your quote into a contract. This process is made easy and simply requires an online signature and a deposit to reserve your items. We also will provide appointments throughout this time in order to assist you with any changes or adjustments you may need.

03 — Finalizing Your Order

We confirm all quantities, final payment, and any other specified details two weeks before your event which allows you plenty of time to complete your planning process. This also ensures your items can be properly prepared for your delivery or in store pick-up.

04 — Enjoy Your Event
